Machine overview. Description of the major components and their purpose. leveling the machine (Introduce the concept of level calibration, placement, and use). Machine Alignments: (Main/Sub Spindle, B-Axis, and lower Turret). How to set the reference positions. ATC alignments/adjustments. How how to set the tool change position (2nd reference), how to set spindle orientation, and how to recover the tool changer. Compete piviot comp and tool setter calibration. 

This is a Multi-Tasking Machine Class (MT)

This is a 5 day class, in person @ our CTC

Day 1 = 1 P.M. to 4 P.M. (NO LUNCH)

Day 2 = 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Day 3 = 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Day 4 = 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Day 5 = 9 A.M. to TBD (Around 12 P.M. and NO LUNCH)
