How to take apart the gearboxes for both the 4th + 5th axis and how to properly set the backlash in this system. Go over how to set the rotary table correctly into the machine and how to properly do the mechanical alignments in the machine. Also go over how to re-set the reference positions, how to calibrate the probe, and how to run our kinematics cycle. Go over the proper steps from start to finish how to set the geometry on the machine for accurate 5-axis machining. ATC alignments/adjustments. Review how the control logically uses the tool changer. How to remove and install the ATC swing arm, how to set the tool change position (2nd reference), how to set spindle orientation, and how to recover the tool changer.
