This 3-day class will cover 5-Axis programming and operation with the FANUC control.

Course Overview

Day 1 will start in the classroom and cover the basics.

Day 2 will explore 3+2 programming, TWP.

Day 3 will cover simultaneous 5-Axis for Fanuc 31i-B5 machines, TCPC.

Fanuc TCPC - Geometric Initial Installation - Probe Calibration Fanuc 5 Axis Machining - IKC Calibration - Renishaw NC4 Laser - DVF Operation & Instruction Manuals

Prerequisite Requirements:

Advanced Milling Course or a minimum of 3 years’ experience with multi-axis machines

Classes start at 9:00 AM each day and ends at 5:00 PM - EST
