This course covers TT and TL twin turret lathes. Topics covered include cycles, multi-path turning and milling, Y-Axis, sub-spindle operation, cutter compensation, path synchronization, tool offsets, work coordinates, live tool operations.

Materials to Bring

A notebook or pad, pens, pencils and a calculator are recommended. Laptops with CAM software is optional and recommended.

Prerequisite

Advanced Turning and Milling Course or a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Multi-Axis Turning Machines.

Attendance for all days is MANDATORY for certificate award.

Lunch is provided free of charge each day.

Classes start at 9:00 AM each day and end at 5:00 PM.

This course is free of charge at Pine Brook, NJ.
